ABOUT SARA
Hello, Im Sara. Welcome to my homeopathic practice. I first discovered homeopathy 15 years ago after I had been suffering with chronic back pain and Post Natal Depression. After a dramatic turnaround in my physical and mental health, I bought my first remedy kit, and began using homeopathy at home to support my daughter (and plants!) with general coughs, colds, earaches & verruca's, which previously would have resulted in visits to the GP. My passion for this natural medicine grew and although at the time it felt completely out of reach, I knew that I wanted to train to be able to share this and to help others with their healing.
I studied for 4 years at College of Practical Homeopathy (CPH) and qualified with a Professional Licentiate in Homeopathy, which has proven to be the best decision that I have ever made. My studies also included a working knowledge of healing with herbs, Nutrition and the well-loved Bach Flower remedies, all of which I incorporate into my prescribing. I have also completed the Human Detox Therapy (HDT) training with a specific interest in supporting Neurodivergent children and adults. Homeopathy has changed not only my physical and mental health, but my families health, and it has truly changed my life. I am fully insured and a Registered member of Alliance Registered Homeopaths.

Cancellation and reschedules made within 24 hours of your consultation time may be charged in full. If you need to rearrange, please just get in touch and I will amend your appointment time.

For existing clients. To monitor progress, adjust prescriptions, and ensure optimal progression. Typically 4-6 weeks apart.

For new, acute issues of less than two weeks such as coughs, colds, flu, infections, jet lag, colic, first aid, surgery support and injuries.
